FACIAS condemns the indolence of the Ministry of Education which, in a dignified display of governmental indifference, passes laws without drafting implementing rules, even though the 60-day deadline has passed.
It is inconceivable that the law should be ignored by those who should be upholding and enforcing it. In these circumstances, FACIAS has taken a stand.
We have lodged a complaint calling for the speedy publication of the rules governing changes to the National Education Act.
