Experts and senior national and international dignitaries discuss progress in the implementation of the NRRP
FACIAS discusses, at an international conference in Bucharest, the current state of the NRRP, best practice models and solutions to overcome the problems Romania is facing. This is the first debate on the NRRP to bring together European officials, experts in accessing European funds, representatives of the business world and Romanian state authorities.
Although the NRRP represents a historic opportunity for Romania, the Government is significantly behind schedule in its implementation. Not only was the NRRP approved late, but Romania started receiving pre-financing funds almost 6 months later than most EU countries.
The FACIAS debate will be attended by experts from Italy, Austria, Malta, countries that are performing well in attracting funds through the NRRP. They will provide useful information on how to implement and run projects in their countries, models worthy to be adapted and adopted in Romania.
Together we will try to find out and provide decision-makers, the business community and Romanian citizens with answers to several questions:
- What are the solutions made available to beneficiaries by the Romanian Government?
- How accessible are the information and guides produced by the Romanian government?
- Will Romania manage to make the most of the opportunity called NRRP and will Romanian citizens enjoy notable results?
