As part of the "It's my right!" campaign, FACIAS has been informed by a physically disabled person who, after a total amputation of her left upper limb, receives a humiliating allowance of ONLY 72 lei per month!
According to Law 448/2006, people with an average disability receive this derisory amount, representing only 12% of the ISR. It is unacceptable for the state to mock those who already suffer so much!
This abusive situation must be changed! We need real legislative reform to support people with disabilities. We can no longer stand by and do nothing!
