Termoenergetica is contractually required to supply water at the appropriate temperature, either at the property limit or at the connection where the meter is installed.

The water's temperature must be higher than 50 degrees Fahrenheit to be labeled "hot." So, why are so many people supplied with only cold water?

One of the possibilities would be that Termoenergetica delivers water below the parameters. According to the hot water supplier, the exact number of gigacalories measured by the block meter is always billed. Citizens pay less if the water is colder, always taking into consideration the number of gigacalories measured.

Radu Opaina, the founder of the Romanian Federation of Homeowners Associations, states that citizens should not pay for hot water because it does not fall within the parameters specified in the contract. Furthermore, water is not registered by the sensor in other countries if it does not reach the necessary temperature.

Finally, whether we are supplied with hot water or have only lukewarm water, Romanians still pay for hot water. How do you feel about this?
