The Foundation For The Defense Of Citizens Against State Abuses (FACIAS), noting the unprecedented crime in Romania of the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Anastase Alma Roberta, decides to file a lawsuit to force her to pay nominal financial compensation to each pensioner harmed by her abusive approach.
The fraud of the vote for the Pension Law, by which pensioners in Romania have been set the amount of their pension without respecting the parliamentary reality, represents an abuse of service at the highest level of political decision. FACIAS will go to court, through a lawsuit to be filed early next week, requesting that Anastase Alma Roberta, President of the Chamber of Deputies, should pay in full, for each pensioner affected by the Pension Law, the financial amounts they were harmed by the illegal adoption of the new law.
FACIAS also requests the Chamber of Deputies to lift the immunity of Mrs. Anastase Alma Roberta.
This new initiative of The Foundation For The Defense Of Citizens Against State Abuses (FACIAS) is the natural continuation of the commitment undertaken by the Foundation to take all necessary actions to protect the right to a decent pension.
