FACIAS has started legal action to force the Government to draw up implementing rules for this law. It is important that the responsible institutions take urgent action and ensure transparency in the process of drafting these rules. Although the law on Mobile Health Care has been adopted more than a year ago, the government has still not drafted the implementing rules. This shows a lack of accountability and indifference to the needs of patients. It is crucial that the health system is improved and that people receive quality health care.
FACIAS points out that the proper implementation of this law is vital for the proper functioning of the health system and calls on the Government to take urgent action and develop implementing rules for the Mobile Medical Care Act. It is necessary that public health is a priority for the responsible institutions and that this law is transformed from a paper text into a valuable tool for the improvement of the health system in Romania.
We are committed to continue the fight to improve the health system and to closely monitor the process of developing implementing rules for Mobile Health Care.
