FACIAS has raised this problem in the medical area, where the Ministry of Health has not done its duty - 80 annexes of normative acts concerning patients are not implemented. Thus, we are talking about 80 laws that cannot be applied in favour of the Romanian citizen. It is the patient who suffers, that is why we are getting involved!
A representative example of the seriousness of the situation is Law 4 of 8 January 2021, which stipulates that people who are suspected of having been diagnosed with allergic diseases and conditions will have their analyses and diagnostic tests paid for.
The law cannot be implemented because the Ministry of Health delayed the realisation of the Methodological Norms for more than a year.
Although the law ensures that treatments, including adrenaline injections, are free of charge, patients do not benefit from it!
