Following the press release sent by CFR Călători, in reaction to the information published by FACIAS, we consider the company's attempt to deny reality, an approach based on official documents and confirmed by a decision of the Bucharest Court, to be ridiculous.
In reality, the court even established the obligation of CFR Călători to communicate the information requested by FACIAS based on Law no. 544/2001, which unequivocally demonstrates the legitimate and truthful nature of the requests made.
Therefore, instead of unfounded accusations and attempts to mislead public opinion, CFR Călători should transparently answer questions about how it wastes citizens' money.
