You can select the violated right from a list and the European-Jusice app tells you who to contact with your petition in Romania?
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Enter here (be sure to select the language used; the option is next to the SEARCH button if you want to work with Romanian):

Step 2: Select the country where the right was violated and press "NEXT".

Step 3: Select the domain, i.e. the type of right violated and press "NEXT".
Step 4: Select the specific issue in your case and press "NEXT"
Step 5: You will be asked whether your rights have been violated by a public or private entity, but you also have the option "I don't know". Then press "NEXT
Step 6: Immediately below the "NEXT" button, another "Search" button appears. Click on it and the results appear: the institutions to complain to, including their contact details.
That way, you will know where to approach for help, depending on the rights violated.
