Minister Ioan Boloș has publicly responded to FACIAS's questions, arguing that the Government and the Parliament should demand the desecration of the information and annexes of the NRRP.

FACIAS points out to the Minister that the decision to declassify this information belongs to him alone and that he will ask the court to declassify it if he does not comply with the requests.

The Foundation for the Defense of the Citizen Against State Abuses (FACIAS) has reported that some of the information and annexes to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) have been secreted. FACIAS has asked the Minister for European Investment and Projects to declassify them, for the simple reason that they are public information concerning the reasons for Romania's failure to successfully attract NRRP money.

Following the open letter sent by FACIAS at the beginning of February, Minister Ioan Boloș responded publicly, saying that he has nothing against declassification and that if the Government or Parliament asked him to do so, he would act accordingly..

However, almost a month after this statement, in which the MIPE representative admitted that FACIAS is right, nothing has happened.

In this regard, FACIAS has informed Minister Bolos that, according to the law, the decision to declassify the information and annexes of the NRRP belongs exclusively to him, as head of the issuing institution..

If the Minister does not comply with the request, FACIAS will take the matter to court.
