The Foundation For The Defense Of Citizens Against State Abuses (FACIAS) warns of the irresponsibility with which the biggest crisis in Romanian education in the last 30 years is being managed. According to an order put up for public debate, teachers would have to assess the medical condition of students on a daily basis and provide assistance.
According to the order, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education want the examination of the health status of pre-school children, pupils and students in schools to be carried out by teachers, who then report the results to the coordinating doctor. According to the order, "the staff who carry out the examination consists of: the pre-school teacher/educator/psychologist/kindergarten psychologist who carries out the assessment of neuropsychological and language development, communicates the results of the assessment to the school doctor in order to determine the therapeutic course of action.”
In this way, the Minister of Education is trying to pass the buck on the dramatic situation revealed by the latest statistics: in just 4 days the number of international pupils diagnosed with the Covid virus has doubled. Faced with this disastrous situation in which every day more and more schools are going into the "red" scenario due to the lack of adequate and effective measures, the Minister of Education is passing the responsibility this time to the teachers.
The first failed attempt to relieve responsibility was in August when the Ministry of Education proposed that parents sign an affidavit and assume that they have no symptoms of illness and that their students have not come into contact with people infected with SARS-CoV-2.
The inability to manage the crisis in the Romanian education system requires the IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION OF MONICA ANISIE AS MINISTER OF EDUCATION!
