QUESTIONS TO CNAIR
- Feasibility/prefeasibility studies, including those redone once or more than once, for each year since 2000 to date? What feasibility studies have been carried out for roads managed by the Ministry of Transport and CNAIR (regardless of their name over time)?

- If the study has been redone, for whatever reason, please specify how many times it has been redone, with the same data as above (number of kilometres - price of the (pre) feasibility study - company that carried it out).
- What is the amount per year (2000-2022) for the pre-feasibility studies carried out?
- What were the reasons for these studies being redone?
- Have internal investigations been carried out to identify the persons responsible for the huge damage to the national budget caused by the reworking, even several times, of feasibility studies? How have they been held accountable?
- Have the damages been recovered? If so, what amounts and from whom?
- What happens to the unrecovered damages?
- What steps have been taken to ensure that such situations do not recur?
- For the last three years, the Court of Auditors has referred cases of damage to the budget of the Ministry of Transport and CNAIR to the prosecution authorities, as shown in the table below. Has the Ministry of Transport filed a civil action to recover the damages?
