According to a recent survey by the Centre for Urban and Regional Sociology - CURS, 84% of Romanians believe that there have been abuses in justice.
And also recently, President Iohannis said that it is his right "to call on people to express their opinion on issues of national interest", justice being one of them.
Given that President Klaus Iohannis has announced that he intends to hold a referendum on the issue of justice, and given his declared intention to find out Romanians' opinion on justice, The Foundation For The Defense Of Citizens Against State Abuses (FACIAS) proposes the following question to President Iohannis:
"Do you consider that there have been abuses of justice in Romania?"
