It has already started very badly at CNCF CFR SA: they have forced employees at the PRAM and SCB laboratories to take one day off per week without payment, instead of reducing the number of board members, cutting directors' salaries, reducing the number of managers (a department head cannot have 3-4 employees under them), eliminate traffic safety inspectors, who do nothing but stress employees and work shifts (they sleeping on nice salaries)!! They gave employees without CFS, but kept their poster hangers, old Securitate members with pensions and salaries.
Check all eight branches and see how many people are receiving pensions and salaries for the same positions they held previously (some of them are 72 years old).
What role do inspectors still play if there are ASFR and AFER?!
Mr. President, please ask the Minister of Transport if he is aware that 40 slackers (trade unionists), with no professional training, are appointed "experts in social relations," with net salaries of over 12,000 lei, taken out of production (they don't work a single hour) and with many benefits (phones, company cars), etc.!
Dear Prime Minister, CNCF CFR SA and its branches employ hundreds of drivers who earn more than engineers!
Dear Mr. President, please ask the Prime Minister and the Minister of Transport if they are aware that, at CNCF CFR SA, there is no exam, competition, or selection of CVs for management positions! A husband and wife were appointed to positions without even submitting a CV!
Why, Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, are you not reducing the number of subsidiaries (SC Electrificare, SC Telecomunicații, SC Informatică Feroviară, SC Tipografia Filaret, etc.)? These subsidiaries are kept specifically for the positions of director and member of the board of directors; the boards of directors are occupied by directors from CNCF CFR SA!!
Until the artificially created subsidiaries are reduced, until CNCF CFR SA holds competitions for all positions, CNCF CFR SA will not eliminate its losses and, even worse, the losses will increase! It is very serious that there is a lot of corruption, work that has not been done but has been paid for, companies that have been awarded contracts without a tender, and suppliers of parts and materials at prices that are frightening!
Sunt multe de spus. Un lucru cert este că nu se poate face restructurare și reorganizare cu directorii numiți politic de Grindeanu! Sincer, trebuie făcută curățenie maximă, începând cu directorii și experții sociali (sindicaliștii). Trebuie dați afară sindicaliștii („experți în relații sociale”) sau încadrați pe funcțiile avute anterior.
If nothing is done now, then we have no chance in this country!!!
