The Foundation for the Defence of Citizens against State Abuses (FACIAS), within the framework of the "Respect and Responsibility" campaign, in collaboration with the Daniel Ionașcu law office, offers support to citizens who have suffered severe adverse reactions after the anti-COVID 19 vaccination.
Thus, FACIAS offers both information and legal support to people in this situation, so that they can be compensated by those responsible. The campaign is working with law firms in Germany, where several class action lawsuits have already been filed seeking compensation for those who have suffered as a result of vaccination.
According to the latest official data, provided by the Ministry of Health itself, there were 24,163 cases of adverse reactions reported in Romania.
For the correct informing of the public opinion, FACIAS has requested and obtained the report prepared by the National Coordinating Committee on Vaccination Activities against COVID-19 in 2021, which is available on the FACIAS website.
The most common adverse reactions reported were nervous system disorders, musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders, cardiac disorders and vascular disorders.
The aim of the "Respect and Responsibility" campaign, as its name suggests, is to hold accountable those who bear responsibility for the tens of thousands of Romanians who had adverse reactions after the COVID 19 vaccination.
Romanians who find themselves in this situation, have a minimum of medical evidence and want to find justice are asked to write to [email protected] and send details of their case.
