The Foundation For The Defense Of Citizens Against State Abuses (FACIAS) has filed a lawsuit against The National Public Pensions Office (CNPP), requesting:
- indexing pensions to the level of 2026;
- refer the matter to the Constitutional Court of Romania on the unconstitutionality of the measure freezing the pension point.
FACIAS is calling on all pensioners in Romania to support this action in court.
