{"id":7448,"date":"2022-03-07T21:17:30","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T21:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/facias.ro\/?p=7448"},"modified":"2022-08-04T10:52:24","modified_gmt":"2022-08-04T07:52:24","slug":"drepturile-refugiatilor-ucraineni-la-munca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/facias.ro\/eng\/drepturile-refugiatilor-ucraineni-la-munca\/","title":{"rendered":"THE RIGHTS TO WORK OF UKRAINIAN REFUGEES!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To Romanian employers:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukrainian refugees who want to work in our country do not need a work permit!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The government adopted today an O.U.G. which aims to remove any trace of bureaucracy for Ukrainian refugees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, Ukrainian refugees now have the right to work in Romania, without restrictions, for a predetermined period, which can be extended, correlating with the evolution of events, based only on an affidavit!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, we present a summary of the O.U.G. that was approved today by the Government, in support of Ukrainian refugees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The right of refugees to work in Romania<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can be employed, on Romanian territory, based only on the affidavit, provided to the Romanian employer; through this statement, they assume that they meet the conditions of professional training and experience necessary for the position they are to be employed on and that they do not have a criminal record incompatible with the activity they are about to carry out in Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citizens of Ukraine will have the opportunity to work without having to obtain a residence permit of work from Romania's diplomatic missions in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can access three direct sources of employment: the places announced by the County Employment Agencies of ANOFM, directly to employers, or through a private application (the last two resources are linked below, in the Sources of Information section).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Rights of Ukrainian refugees, minors and adults:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment of food rights also for foreign nationals or stateless persons hosted by individuals. Free access to education in Romanian schools, same as Romanian children.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free accommodation in boarding schools, food allowance, the right to bedding, respectively: supplies, clothing, footwear, textbooks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examination of health status and vaccination schedule according to the National Vaccination Program<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free transport for all categories provided by law, for orphaned students, students with special educational needs, as well as those for whom a special protection measure has been established, but also the right for basic food allocation to all children in primary and secondary education, granted through ongoing social programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University studies, free in Romanian universities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Ukrainian refugees, a subsidy is provided for accommodation and meals (70 lei \/ day), for a period of up to 90 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Measures to protect refugee children who are alone, without relatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protection measures and services on request, for people with accompanied or unaccompanied disabilities who remain in Romania.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free access to medical services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foreign citizens and stateless persons who come from the area of \u200b\u200barmed conflict in Ukraine and do not request a form of protection in Romania according to the Asylum Law, will receive free medical care and appropriate treatment for emergencies, through the national emergency medical care system.
