I.How simple and useful it is to practice in the FACIAS project \"Be informed, not abused!\" or in other projects of the organization?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The students will have activities connected with their field \/ specialization at the faculty, combining the needs of the Project.
\nExample:
\n\u2714 Marketing Students - will analyze the Project and come up with suggestions for improvement and will analyze the behaviour of the Organization (FACIAS - focusing on the component of the Project \"Be informed, not abused!\"),
\n\u2714 Sociology Students - will analyse the profile of the Project\u2019s beneficiaries and will come up with conclusions and proposals,
\n\u2714 Law Students - will interpret (like \u201cDid you know that\u2026\u201d x30) a law through the Project\u2019s perspective (state institutions\u2019 abuses of the citizen in the fields regulated by law).
\n\u2714 Economics Students - \"Did you know that\u2026\" x30 + Fiscal code
\n\u2714 Public Administration Students - \"Did you know that\u2026\" x30 + Administrative Code - authorities - public transparency.<\/p>\n

Each faculty \/ university has a Regulation regarding the practice activity, and we adapt to them, but here we will put what is common.
\nThe internship activity of the students is regulated by Law no. 258\/2007 on the practice of pupils and students, available (in its current form) here: https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/83810.
\nNote: In the section dedicated to the project Practice within the project \"Be informed, not abused!\" - FACIAS will publish the necessary forms as well, if the students do not have their own forms, although it is unlikely, because all faculties have these documents that they make available to their students.
\nJust as an example, we will show you the link where these documents can be found, for example, at the Faculty of Public Administration of ASE: https:\/\/famp.ase.ro\/practica-de-specialitate\/. Students are bound to understand the conditions they have to meet, at least the minimum ones. The information is provided by the internship guidance teachers or at the faculty secretariats.<\/p>\n

II.Why practice at FACIAS?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2714 At the end, you have the necessary documents that certify your practice hours, but also assessment, and the grade, which will help you get the grade you need. (It's all about you here, because you'll have our full support),
\n\u2714 You work online and you are helpful, through your activity, to a community. If you want to practice in physical format, just tell us and we will find solutions.
\n\u2714 With us, every problem has solutions.
\n\u2714 What you work on in your internship is connected and adapted to your field of study.
\n\u2714 The activity in which you will be involved is simple and in accordance with your skill and interest.
\n\u2714 Practice activities provide the opportunity to learn and develop multiple skills.
\n\u2714 Internship activities can be equated with volunteer hours or work experience.
\n\u2714 You will learn to work in a team and to carry out various, specific activities (organising events, editorial activity, interviews, etc.).
\n\u2714 You will develop your communication, organisation and time management skills.
\n\u2714 If you are among the most active and successful, you will receive job offers at the end of the internship.
\n\u2714 You will be able to integrate more easily into the labour market.
\n\u2714 Communicate, relate, exchange ideas and resources with different people.
\n\u2714 Very important, all members of the project team are students. The project manager is a student at the second faculty (rest assured, he has 23 years of experience behind him). Therefore, you will speak a common language, which is helpful for students in practice.<\/p>\n

III.Objectives of the Practice program within the project \"Be informed, not abused!\" - FACIAS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2714 Identifying, treating or counteracting the abuse committed by state institutions.
\n\u2714 FACIAS, regarding students, aims at knowing civil rights in relation to the Romanian state and its institutions.
\n\u2714 Practice project within \u201cBe informed, not abused!\u201d - FACIAS is a challenge for students, giving them the opportunity to observe how their opinions and work \/ training are appreciated by other \u201cevaluators\u201d than university teachers; promoting the created materials; plus, capitalising on their efforts by knowing that, in the end, they will be able to know their rights and how to defend them.
\n\u2714 You can teach others afterwards!
\n\u2714 In addition, depending on their area of interest and skills, the students may perform other activities.
\n\u2714 The program will take place online, mainly.<\/p>\n

\n???? Training on practice requirements: 10 - 28 February 2022
\nNotes:
\n\u2714 The practice activity starts with the beginning of the second semester.
\n\u2714 By this date (the beginning of the semester or the date set by the practice tutor), the students will make sure that they have been to the FACIAS headquarters and signed all the necessary documents that they have to hand over at the beginning of the internship (this information is received from the supervising professors, each faculty having its own methodology)
\n\u2714 The number of practice hours is specific to each faculty, respectively year of study.
\n???? The period of time during which the practice activity will be completed: the last week of the second semester.
\nNotes:
\nGenerally speaking (each faculty has its own methodology), the marks awarded for practice are given based on the portfolio of activities provided, the practical knowledge acquired, the quality of the internship project (prepared, naturally, by students), the assessment of the person in charge (tutor) from FACIAS
\nFACIAS will issue all the necessary documents; Students will ensure that they, in turn, fulfil their obligations, including those related to the materials they have to complete for the faculty, in connection with the practice.<\/p>\n

???? Preparation of volunteer reports and issuance of certificates attesting to volunteer activity
\n???? The publication, on the Facebook page of FACIAS, of the materials made by the students in practice (if their activity will aim at making materials through which to provide useful information to the community for a certain field of rights in relation to state institutions) and \/ or the use of analyzes and proposals submitted by students, if they prove useful to FACIS and the Project.
\n________________________________________<\/p>\n

V.Regulation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

V.1. Enrollment in the program:<\/p>\n

Students enrol in the internship program through the Enrollment Form, e-mail, or based on partnerships with partner faculties.
\nAfter registration, they will be introduced to the dedicated Whatsapp group and contacted by the FACIAS representative to establish, in agreement with the student in practice, the activities that he can carry out.
\nThey will be given useful information and their activity will be evaluated on a weekly basis; they will receive feedback for improvement, if any.<\/p>\n

V.2. Sending copies of the necessary documents for the issuance of the documentation attesting the practice activity
\nThe students will send a copy of the card \/ student card & identity card, signed, to the e-mail address stopabuzurilor@facias.ro.
\nThe subject of the message will be: \u201cStudent practice - identity documents for GDPR\u201d.
\nIn the body of the email, the student will specify the following:
\n\"I send copies of the documents: \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 I agree that my data will be used only for the purpose for which they were transmitted: the issuance of documents attesting the practice activity, if I will perform my part of activities.\"<\/p>\n

V.3. Sources of inspiration for student volunteers:
\nStudents can use any source of information and the Practical Guide \"Be informed not abused!\" that are available for free at https:\/\/facias.ro\/proiecte-2\/.
\nFACIAS Facebook page, using the hashtags #fiiinformatnuabuzat & #stiaica, with the request not to duplicate the information already provided to our community of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

V.4.What activities can students do in practice online:<\/p>\n

V.4.1. About 30-40 \"Did you know that?\" (which means approx. 2-3 rows):
\n\u2714 We identify the field for which we will make 40 materials such as \"Did you know that\u2026\".
\n\u2714 The field must be related to both our specialisation in college, and to the requirements of the Project \"Be informed, not abused!\".
\n\u2714 In addition, we do not write \/ rewrite what has been written before, but come up with new information. To see all the materials like \"Did you know that'', we can go to the Facebook page of FACIAS and, using the hashtags #fiiinformatnuabuzat & #stiaica, we will see everything that has been written so far. Thus, we will not repeat the information already provided, as duplicated materials will not be taken into account.
\n\u2714 We identify the legal norms (law) that govern those rights.
\n\u2714 \"Did you know that\u2026\" refers to those rights guaranteed by law which, if violated by the institutions, lead to abuses by the institutions in relation to us, the citizens
\n\u2714 We will only deal with the abuse \/ potential abuse of public institutions in relation to us, the citizens, not all types of abuse (but those generated by state institutions or their representatives).
\n\u2714 We identify the provisions of the law that support the above and put them, organised, in a document (obviously, with the link to the law we use, with its up-to-date form). This will be the working document.
\n\u2714 In the final document we will make material as it is shown in the dedicated model.
\n\u2714 The list of public institutions can also be seen here (for information): https:\/\/listainstitutii.ro\/: town halls, ministries, schools and state hospitals, police, etc.
\n\u2714 Auditing town halls in terms of transparency.<\/p>\n

Note: It is not complicated and, in addition, you will receive a model to help you in your endeavor. Such an activity can be done in two days, if you have followed the steps carefully.
\nNote: We are dealing with a potential abuse in relation to a state institution, if:
\n\u25cf our right as a Romanian citizen is violated and \/ or restricted, as provided in a normative act (law, decision, ordinance, decision, etc.), and these are public documents, to which we have unrestricted access;
\n\u25cf the abusive situation is created by a public institution (central or local) of the state and not by a private entity (private company, private employers, etc.);
\nAbuses affect the rights of an individual \/ legal person (individual) or the rights of a group \/ community (collective).<\/p>\n

V.4.2. Analysis of the FACIAS online activity and of the \u201cBe informed not abused!\u201d Project and the submission of proposals for the improvement \/ diversification of the activity, in support of the beneficiaries (what we would like, as individuals, to know, however, in close correlation with the purpose of the project \u201cBe informed, not abused!\u201d).<\/p>\n

V.4.3. Writing a 3-6 page essay.
\n???? After reading the useful information from the Practical Guide, where there are about 30 materials made in the Practical Guide, which provides legal tools to defend our interests in case of abuse by a state institution, participants will identify the topic of the essay and make the material, taking into account the following:
\no Identify an abusive situation committed by a state institution (hospital, school, directives of a town hall \/ local public institution \/ central public institution) where the victims are collective. Make the correspondences between the analyzed situation and the law articles that can be used in solving the situation.
\no Create an action plan from two perspectives: the perspective of the affected citizens & the perspective of the specialists who would advise the citizen.
\nOR:
\nCreate an action plan from two perspectives: the perspective of citizens & the perspective of civil servants who would work in the institution that allegedly committed the abuse and must put forward proposals for a solution:<\/p>\n

???? Identify weaknesses in the plan (limitations of action)
\n???? Carry out an estimated calculation, per share, and estimate the time required to resolve the abusive situation, but also estimate a cost for the whole process resolve before going to court)
\n???? The following will be evaluated: the correctness of identifying the abuse and its correspondence with legislative provisions; correctness of academic writing; correctness and verification of information; the originality and correctness of the identified solutions, the conditions of writing and academic achievement.<\/p>\n
