But what can we do when we are victims of abuse by the authorities?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cum ac\u021bion\u0103m dac\u0103, \u00een vederea subiectiv\u0103 a unui agent de poli\u021bie, am completat incorect declara\u021bia pe proprie r\u0103spundere? Unde ne adres\u0103m dac\u0103 am primit o amend\u0103 de 10.000 lei pentru ca am ie\u0219it s\u0103 ne lu\u0103m medicamente de la alt\u0103 farmacie fa\u021b\u0103 de cea scris\u0103 pe declara\u021bie care era \u00eenchis\u0103?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cu aceste situa\u021bii, \u0219i cu multe altele s-au confruntat cet\u0103\u021benii Rom\u00e2niei odat\u0103 cu ini\u021bierea st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i a contraven\u021biilor care vin cu aceasta. Aceste dispozi\u021bii au scopul de a ne proteja de pandemia datorat\u0103 coronavirsului, nu de a da m\u00e2n\u0103 liber\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bilor la abuz. S\u0103 pl\u0103tim p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20.000 de lei, conform OUG nr. 34\/2020, pentru c\u0103 nu am avut semn\u0103tura bine pus\u0103 pe declara\u021bie este clar o metod\u0103 abuziv\u0103 de a profita de pe urma situa\u021biei precare cu care ne confrunt\u0103m \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haide\u021bi s\u0103 vedem astfel ce pa\u0219i trebuie urma\u021bi pentru a combate aceste amenzi \u0219i a nu c\u0103dea prada abuzurilor:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Paying the fine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Of course, if the fine has been imposed correctly, it must be paid. You did wrong, you pay! We can, however, not pay it in full, but only 50% of the amount of the fine imposed. For example, if we have filled in the declaration that we are making a short trip related to pet needs, but we forget Bubico at home and get a 500 lei fine, we can only pay half of it, i.e. 250 lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Attention, the new ordinance requires you to pay 50% of the amount of the fine you received, not the statutory minimum fine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Payment of the fine will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the date of notification of the fine.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Appealing the fine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">If there are good reasons to believe that the fine you have received is unfair, the main way is to appeal against the fine by lodging an appeal with the court where the offence was committed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aten\u021bie<\/strong>, dac\u0103 dori\u021bi s\u0103 urma\u021bi aceast\u0103 cale, este de preferat s\u0103 ave\u021bi un martor care este dispus s\u0103 se prezinte \u00een instan\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 v\u0103 confirme varianta. \u00cen caz contrar, ve\u021bi avea mai pu\u021bine \u0219anse de c\u00e2\u0219tig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">The appeal must be lodged within 15 days of notification of the report together with:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>copies of the minutes;<\/li>\n<li>copies of identity documents;<\/li>\n<li>alte documente pe care le considera\u021bi relevante pentru convingerea judec\u0103torului;<\/li>\n<li>dovada pl\u0103\u021bii a taxei judiciare de timbru \u00een valoare de 20 de lei.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chiar dac\u0103 dori\u021bi s\u0103 contesta\u021bi amenda, este de preferat s\u0103 pl\u0103ti\u021bi acea jum\u0103tate mai sus men\u021bionat\u0103, sum\u0103 pe care o ve\u021bi recupera dac\u0103 ve\u021bi c\u00e2\u0219tiga procesul.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Failure to sign the fine notice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pute\u021bi, de asemenea, s\u0103 refuza\u021bi semnarea procesului verbal de constatare a contraven\u021biei cu totul.
