Multe \u0219coli din Rom\u00e2nia nu au condi\u021bii prielnice pentru elevi, iar ace\u0219tia prefer\u0103 s\u0103 abandoneze \u0219coala, lucru pentru care mul\u021bi oameni ajung s\u0103 fie analfabe\u021bi. De ce ace\u0219tia ajung s\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103seasc\u0103 \u0219coala? R\u0103spunsul la aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare nu este unul iluzoriu, \u00eens\u0103 este greu de crezut c\u0103 ace\u0219tia prefer\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021be la \u0219coal\u0103. Mul\u021bi dintre ei nu au condi\u021bii pentru a reu\u0219i s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de un mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prielnic. Lipsa dot\u0103rii \u0219colilor, lipsa banilor sunt c\u00e2teva dintre lucrurile care au \u00eempins mul\u021bi copii s\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103seasc\u0103 \u0219coala. Cred c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea are DREPTUL LA EDUCA\u021aIE, iar acest lucru este prev\u0103zut \u00een&nbsp;<em>Articolul 14 \u2013 Dreptul la Educa\u021bie<strong>[1]<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform articolului men\u021bionat anterior, orice persoan\u0103 are dreptul la educa\u021bie, precum \u0219i la accesul la formare profesional\u0103 \u0219i formare continu\u0103. Acest drept include posibilitatea de a urma gratuit \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul obligatoriu. Dreptul p\u0103rin\u021bilor de a asigura educarea copiilor, potrivit propriilor convingeri religioase, filozofice \u0219i pedagogice, ar trebui respectat \u00een conformitate cu legile interne care reglementeaz\u0103 exercitarea acestuia. \u00cen mediul rural \u00eens\u0103, elevii nu au acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii ca cei din mediul urban. Astfel majoritatea provin din familii defavorizate, iar asta \u00eei determin\u0103 pe elevi s\u0103 renun\u021be la \u0219coal\u0103. Lipsa banilor c\u00e2t \u0219i a educa\u021biei parentale \u00eei \u00eempiedic\u0103 pe cei mai mul\u021bi dintre ei s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i continue dreptul la educa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cum este sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din Rom\u00e2nia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mul\u021bi oameni prefer\u0103 s\u0103 nu r\u0103spund\u0103 la aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare sau s\u0103 spun\u0103 c\u0103 sistemul din Rom\u00e2nia este unul bun \u0219i de calitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>,,Crezi c\u0103 sistemul din Rom\u00e2nia este unul bun \u0219i de calitate?<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt este ineficient, inechitabil \u0219i de slab\u0103 calitate. Cred c\u0103 sistemul din Rom\u00e2nia este unul ineficient, deoarece rezultatele la \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tur\u0103 sunt mult mai slabe, fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte state vecine. Acest lucru este \u00eengrijor\u0103tor \u0219i ar trebui luate m\u0103suri pentru a cre\u0219te performan\u021ba la \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tur\u0103. \u00cen continuare voi spune c\u00e2te ceva despre sistemul inechitabil, care spre deosebire de unul echitabil, acesta nu ofer\u0103 acelea\u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i acelea\u0219i rezultate, indiferent de mediul socio-economic sau cultural din care provin. Cei din mediu rural sunt dezavantaja\u021bi, ace\u0219tia ob\u021bin\u00e2nd rezultate mult mai slabe, fa\u021b\u0103 de cei din mediul urban. Multe dintre institu\u021biile \u0219colare nu sunt dotate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t elevii s\u0103 poat\u0103 merge la \u0219coal\u0103 \u00eentr-un loc favorabil. Sunt \u0219coli care nu sunt dotate cu facilit\u0103\u021bi de baz\u0103, cum ar fi ap\u0103 curent\u0103, toalete, iar dotarea material\u0103 este precar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pandemia de coronavirus a dat peste cap \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul. Elevii nu au mai putut merge la \u0219coal\u0103, ace\u0219tia fiind obliga\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be online, de acas\u0103. Mul\u021bi dintre ei au p\u0103r\u0103sit \u0219coala, deoarece nu au avut posibilit\u0103\u021bi pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u00eentr-un mediu online. Cei din mediu rural au fost cei mai afecta\u021bi din punctul acesta de vedere, deoarece majoritatea nu \u0219i-au permis s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i achizi\u021bioneze materiale pentru a putea \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba de acas\u0103. Acesta este un abuz asupra elevilor, iar sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt nu s-a preocupat de aceste familii, care au avut nevoie de un sprijin material, pentru a reu\u0219i \u00een continuare s\u0103 le ofere copiilor ocazia de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u0219i de a reu\u0219i s\u0103 termine o \u0219coal\u0103. Am v\u0103zut multe imagini pe internet cu familii defavorizate \u0219i cu copii care nu mai merg la \u0219coal\u0103 din diferite motive, \u00eens\u0103 mi-a r\u0103mas \u00een minte o imagine cu un copil care privea pe geam la altul ce f\u0103cea lec\u021biile online de pe laptop. Acesta avea o foaie \u0219i un pix \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencerca s\u0103 scrie ce vedea la cel\u0103lalt copil. De ce el nu poate fi ca ceilal\u021bi copii? Probabil venea dintr-o familie cu condi\u021bii mizere, \u00eentruc\u00e2t era \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een ni\u0219te haine murdare \u0219i rupte. Poate \u0219i el \u0219i-ar fi dorit s\u0103 fie ca cel\u0103lalt copil \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u00eentr-un loc pl\u0103cut \u0219i confortabil, \u00eens\u0103 \u00eemprejurimile din care f\u0103cea el parte nu \u00eel ajutau s\u0103 fac\u0103 acest lucru. Mul\u021bi dintre noi nu ne d\u0103m seama c\u0103 avem destul de multe condi\u021bii pentru a reu\u0219i s\u0103 ne dezvolt\u0103m \u00eentr-un mod armonios, dar totu\u0219i asta nu ne este de ajuns. Tr\u0103im \u00eentr-o lume iluzorie, plin\u0103 de mecanisme care ne perpetueaz\u0103 via\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rata abandonului \u0219colar reprezint\u0103 diferen\u021ba dintre num\u0103rul elevilor \u00eenscri\u0219i la \u00eenceputul anului \u0219colar c\u00e2t \u0219i cel al elevilor afla\u021bi \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul aceluia\u0219i an \u0219colar, fiind un raport procentual fa\u021b\u0103 de num\u0103rul elevilor \u00eenscri\u0219i la \u00eenceputul anului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abandonul \u0219colar determin\u0103 rata crescut\u0103 a \u0219omajului, excluziunea social\u0103, s\u0103r\u0103cie \u0219i probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate. Sunt multe motive care pot explica de ce unii tineri renun\u021b\u0103 prea devreme la studii: probleme personale sau familiale, dificult\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare sau o situa\u021bie socioeconomic\u0103 precar\u0103, potrivit Comisiei Europene. Al\u021bi factori importan\u021bi sunt func\u021bionarea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, atmosfera din \u0219coli \u0219i rela\u021biile dintre profesori \u0219i elevi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen perioada 2010 \u2013 2019, ,,rata de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii \u00een Rom\u00e2nia a avut o evolu\u021bie \u00een stagnare de la 19,3% \u00een 2010, la 17,3% \u00een 2013 \u0219i apoi din nou o cre\u0219tere p\u00e2n\u0103 la 19,1% \u00een 2015. A sc\u0103zut apoi constant ajung\u00e2nd la 15,3% \u00een 2019, \u00eenc\u0103 departe de \u021binta propus\u0103 \u0219i asumat\u0103 \u00een Strategia 2020, de 11,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nivelul mediei Uniunii Europene rata de p\u0103r\u0103sire este de 10,3% \u00een 2019, fa\u021b\u0103 de 11% \u00een 2015, iar \u021binta asumat\u0103 pentru anul 2020 este de 10%. Majoritatea nu au o situa\u021bie material\u0103 bun\u0103 pentru a-\u0219i putea achizi\u021biona un smartphone sau un calculator cu care s\u0103 lucreze sau nu au conexiune la internet. De asemenea, alte motive sunt faptul c\u0103 profesorii nu sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 predea \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i examineze elevii online sau nu au un loc acas\u0103 unde s\u0103 participe la lec\u021biile online. De ani buni, \u015fansele copiilor din mare parte a zonelor rurale de a parcurge ciclul complet de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt sunt dramatic mic\u015forate din cauza incertitudinii condi\u0163iilor de via\u0163\u0103 \u00een care tr\u0103iesc, a dezinteresului major al familiilor acestora fa\u0163\u0103 de actul educa\u0163ional. Chiar dac\u0103 p\u0103rin\u0163ii ar avea dorin\u0163a de a-\u015fi trimite copiii la \u015fcoal\u0103, la baza abandonului \u015fcolar, la care suntem din nou frunta\u015fi \u00een Europa, mai st\u0103 naveta. Drumul p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u015fcoal\u0103 cost\u0103 \u015fi pu\u0163ini sunt p\u0103rin\u0163ii care \u00ee\u015fi permit s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 naveta pentru copiii lor. Jum\u0103tate dintre ei fac drumul p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u015fcoal\u0103 pe jos, indiferent c\u0103 e iarn\u0103 sau var\u0103, ger, viscol, z\u0103pad\u0103 sau canicul\u0103, \u015fi mul\u0163i dintre ei renun\u0163\u0103 la a se mai duce la \u015fcoal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mul\u021bi dintre profesorii \u00eendrum\u0103tori sus\u021bin c\u0103 \u0219coala online le-a adus un beneficiu, \u00eens\u0103 sunt \u0219i dasc\u0103li care cred cu putin\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 aceast\u0103 \u0219coal\u0103 \u00een format online nu este una eficient\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea noilor genera\u021bii. Interac\u021biunea dintre elev \u0219i profesor este una important\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 aceasta lipse\u0219te, iar elevii c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00eendrum\u0103torii acestora sunt nevoi\u021bi s\u0103 discute cu micul ecran care le umbre\u0219te comunicarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru solu\u021bionarea situa\u021biei abandonului, asocia\u021bia ,,<em>Salva\u021bi copiii<\/em>\u201d[3], a desf\u0103\u0219urat un proiect numit ,,<em>O \u0219coal\u0103 pentru fiecare<\/em>\u201d[4], care are drept obiectiv contribuirea la prevenirea abandonului \u0219colar \u0219i la o mai bun\u0103 incluziune a copiilor \u00een risc de abandon \u0219colar \u0219i copiilor cu CES (cerin\u0163e educa\u0163ionale speciale), prin servicii integrate de prevenire \u0219i interven\u021bie, inclusiv prin interven\u021bii asupra p\u0103rin\u021bilor\/reprezentan\u021bilor \u0219i speciali\u0219tilor din educa\u021bie \u0219i servicii sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proiectul presupune asigurarea unui mediu \u0219colar incluziv \u0219i dezvoltarea de m\u0103suri de sprijin \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile specifice, esen\u021biale pentru a asigura men\u021binerea \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 a acestor copii, iar pe termen mediu \u0219i lung accesul la un nivel de educa\u021bie superior \u0219i pe pia\u021ba muncii, contribuind la reu\u0219ita integr\u0103rii lor profesionale \u0219i sociale \u0219i la combaterea riscului de s\u0103r\u0103cie sau excluziune social\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astfel, ,,Salva\u0163i Copiii\u201d propune o serie de m\u0103suri pentru 2021, printre care se enumer\u0103: deschiderea gr\u0103dini\u0163elor \u015fi a \u015fcolilor pentru a permite educa\u0163ia fa\u0163\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163\u0103, \u00een condi\u0163ii de siguran\u0163\u0103 sanitar\u0103 pentru to\u0163i participan\u0163ii la actul de educa\u0163ie, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din ianuarie 2021, \u015ftiut fiind faptul c\u0103 educa\u0163ia online nu permite o interac\u0163iune social\u0103 real\u0103 \u015fi dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor sociale, a abilit\u0103\u0163ilor de comunicare \u015fi de asimilare a valorilor sociale \u015fi creeaz\u0103 dificult\u0103\u0163i insurmontabile pentru copiii vulnerabili social \u015fi cu un ritm de dezvoltare diferit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen opinia mea, o bun\u0103 practic\u0103 pentru solu\u021bionarea abandonului \u0219colar \u0219i totodat\u0103 pentru oprirea abuzului elevilor \u00een \u0219coli, este cre\u015fterea atractivit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fcolii prin activit\u0103\u0163i extracuriculare care au loc \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103, precum: ac\u0163iuni de renovare, de cur\u0103\u0163enie a \u015fcolii, competi\u0163ii artistice \u015fi sportive. Dotarea \u0219colilor cu aparatura minim\u0103 necesar\u0103 elevilor pentru a putea studia este un factor major ce trebuie \u00eemplinit. Faptul c\u0103 elevii din mediul rural nu \u00ee\u0219i permit s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la \u0219coal\u0103 este un prim efect care \u00eei determin\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021be la aceasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prin urmare, consider c\u0103 institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt sunt cele care ar trebui s\u0103 asigure condi\u021biile propice pentru ca elevii s\u0103 poat\u0103 participa la ore, favoriz\u00e2nd desf\u0103\u0219urarea acestor ac\u021biuni. Pentru toate acestea, \u0219colile ar trebui echipate cu manuale, laboratoare \u00een care s\u0103 se poat\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219ura orele aflate \u00een orar, rechizite \u0219i aparatur\u0103 digital\u0103, puse la dispozi\u021bia tuturor elevilor pentru ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 poat\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba m\u0103car \u00een timpul petrecut la \u0219coal\u0103, acas\u0103 neav\u00e2nd condi\u021biile necesare. Multe dintre aceste \u0219coli nu sunt echipate nici m\u0103car cu sisteme de \u00eenc\u0103lzire sau toalete. Traiul \u00een mediul rural este destul de dificil pentru numeroase familii, aceste lipsuri fiind resim\u021bite de c\u0103tre copii \u0219i acas\u0103. Din acest motiv, consider c\u0103 modernizarea \u0219colilor din mediul rural este mai mult dec\u00e2t necesar\u0103. Elevii trebuie s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la \u0219coal\u0103 cu drag, iar acest fapt se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla doar atunci c\u00e2nd vor g\u0103si prin intermediul \u0219colii un c\u0103min, care s\u0103 le ofere ceea ce acas\u0103 nu au. Lipsa banilor nu le permite p\u0103rin\u021bilor s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i lase copii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i continue studiile. Institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2t \u00eei supun pe ace\u0219tia la numeroase pl\u0103\u021bi, pe care majoritatea dintre ei nu \u0219i le permit. Cele financiare se num\u0103r\u0103 printre principalele motive ale abandonului \u0219colar, majoritatea elevilor din mediul rural nefiind sprijini\u021bi din punct de vedere material de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u021bii lor. Astfel, intervine dorin\u021ba de a munci drept un alt principal motiv pentru care elevii renun\u021b\u0103 la \u0219coal\u0103, dorind s\u0103 completeze lipsurile de acas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Multe asocia\u021bii au realizat campanii pentru modernizarea \u0219colilor, pentru a reduce diferen\u021bele educa\u021bionale dintre mediul urban si cel rural, \u00eens\u0103 aceste proiecte sunt foarte greu de \u00eendeplinit, iar un foarte mare ajutor ar fi finan\u021barea unor fonduri europene pentru ca abandonul \u0219colar s\u0103 fie redus. Mai mult, pentru realizarea \u0219i definitivarea celor men\u021bionate mai sus este nevoie de contribu\u021bia fiec\u0103ruia dintre cei care cred \u00eentr-o dezvoltare benefic\u0103 a centrelor educa\u021bionale din mediul rural. Pentru solu\u021bionarea problemei legate de abuzul elevilor \u00een \u0219coli ar trebui luate \u00een considerare ac\u021biunile propuse \u0219i estimate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t problema s\u0103 fie rezolvat\u0103 c\u00e2t mai repede posibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cred c\u0103 punctele slabe care ar putea pune bariere solu\u021biei propuse sunt lipsa fondurilor alocate \u0219colilor \u0219i dezinteresul cadrelor didactice fa\u021b\u0103 de situa\u021bia elevilor din mediul rural. Multe \u0219coli din mediul rural nu sunt dotate \u0219i nu ofer\u0103 condi\u021bii oportune elevilor, pentru a-\u0219i putea de\u0219f\u0103\u0219ura orele de curs. Cadrele didactice ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai interesate de elevi \u0219i s\u0103 propun\u0103 solu\u021bii ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 nu mai abandoneze \u0219coala, ci dimpotriv\u0103 ei s\u0103 o poat\u0103 privi \u00eentr-un mod frumos, f\u0103r\u0103 nicun fel de ur\u0103 sau dispre\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concluzion\u00e2nd, putem spune c\u0103 viitorul nostru at\u00e2rn\u0103 de un fir de a\u021b\u0103. \u0218coala online \u00eempiedic\u0103 multe genera\u021bii s\u0103 se dezvolte \u0219\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i creioneze propriul viitor. Dac\u0103 nu reu\u0219im s\u0103 ne educ\u0103m, nu vom fi demni s\u0103 contribuim la dezvoltarea programelor sociale \u0219i a prosperit\u0103\u021bii \u021b\u0103rii. \u0218colile din mediul rural ar trebui dotate \u0219i s\u0103 ofere condi\u021bii bune pentru elevi, pentru ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 mearg\u0103 cu bucurie la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 le fie condi\u021bionate toate nevoile necesare unui mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare precar.
