The Foundation for the Defense of Citizens Against State Abuses<\/strong> was founded with the intention to assist any citizen who has been abused or wronged by state institutions. As a result, we are a non-governmental organization with a mission solely dedicated to citizens and the protection of their fundamental rights and freedoms. We also believe that preventing injustice contributes to the success of a democratic society.<\/span><\/p>

We are a group that openly fights for the rights of all Romanian citizens. We have a clear goal in mind, and we will use our expertise, skills, abilities, legal knowledge, and passion to achieve it. We are accountable and firm in our support for people who use FACIAS' services, which are provided free of charge to the general public.<\/span><\/p>

As a representative of civil society, we support both petitioning activities on behalf of citizens and the Foundation, as well as legal counseling activities in situations requiring it: confirmation of the abusive nature of state action, identification of violated rules, identification of appeals, petitioning, and attack, as well as monitoring the feedback of the notified institutions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What does this post entail?<\/h5>

The FACIAS team welcomes and encourages students majoring in marketing-related professions such as public relations, communication, advertising, and journalism to apply for the Paid Internship Program, which was recently introduced.<\/p>

The duration of the paid internship is 3 months, with both extension opportunities and employment opportunities in the Communication Department of FACIAS.<\/p>

What are you supposed to do? Send your CV to internship@facias.ro<\/a>.<\/strong> Later, we will discuss various aspects of this program. We are waiting for any CV forms.\nThe more imaginative you are, the more joyful we are.<\/p>

Through its activity, the Foundation for the Defence of Citizens against State Abuse\n(FACIAS)<\/strong> seeks to ensure transparency in the functioning of state institutions, as a principle\nof democracy and of the rule of law and defends the rights of Romanian citizens.<\/p>

We have been working to prevent and combat abuse of power since our establishment in 2008, and we are involved on behalf of groups of citizens who are being deprived of their rights by state officials.<\/p>
